I was asked to make some oven mitts. I found a design to make on my Embroidery Machine and they were very simple to make and the quilting was perfect. There was only one problem, turning the mitt to the right side. The thumb was so thick from the Batting and the Insul - Bright it made it very difficult to turn. After much prodding and pulling I managed to get them the right way. I don't think I will be making any more for a while.

Snack for Santa Wall Hanging.......
I made this little wall hanging for my grandsons to put up when Santa is visiting on Christmas Eve.. I hope Santa enjoyed his snack. It wasn't a big project and I embroidered the message " Enjoy your Snack, Santa" onto black fabric and the stitched it onto the background fabric and covered a small canvas using staples to hold it altogether at the back, added some decoration and boys loved it. I hope Santa does too.

Cowboy Quilt..........
I forgot about this quilt I made many years ago for my son, he was in Pony Club . About 35 to 40 years ago there was not much to choose from in the way of fabric for boys and I was extremely happy to find this cowboy panel. I never quite got it finished before he left home and got married so I thought I would give it to his son, Matthew loves motorbikes and is not into horses...My other grandsons are into football and are not interested in it. I will keep it till someone comes along who loves horses. Maybe a Great Grandson.........
