Cooper's Quilow

This is a quilow I made for Cooper out of what was left over from the quilow I made for Thomas.
I was even able to use some teddy bear fabric for the backing.  Now that made me happy because it was probadly my last chance to use it, as Cooper is 3 now ( he is a big boy).  I like to use fabric out of my stash.
All that was left to do was the binding which I did last night for the FNSI.
This is the quilow folded up into a pillow.  Being a real little boy I am sure that he will love it.

Jungle Quilow

This is a quilow with all the big cats from the jungle on it.  The second photo is of when you fold up the quilow and it turns into a cushion.    I have put a tutorial from Sharon  on  how to do Quilt Binding including the corners, I think I have finally mastered the corners, so please check it out , you will be amazed at how easy it is.  The tutorial is in tutorial under Machine Embroidery & Craft Ideas .

Quilow for Cooper

This is the start of a quilow for Cooper. It is all the bits left over from the quilow I made for Thomas.  I has better get moving and get it finished. It won't be as big as the ones I made for the other boys.  There is a green check to go all the way around the outside which will set it off beautifully.

Big Cat Quilow

I have just started on another Quilow for one of my grandsons.  I need to get this one finished  and make another one before we go on holidays in September. This is really a great print and I am sure the boys will love it. We will be visiting for Cooper's 3rd Birthday on the 16th September.

Quilow for Thomas

I made this quilow for Thomas last year for his birthday when he was 6. The centre of this quilt has a large panel of a John Deere Tractor.  I went out to Blackwater for motorcross and he was sick with a bad virus.  He spent most of the day lying down with his quilow.  He still managed to ride in his motorcross races.  The little ones just do it for fun there are no winners..

Quilow

This is a quilow I made for one of my grandsons. I bought this horse panel many years  ago before they started making nice things for boys. I have one more panel to make into a quilow, it has jungle animals on it. A quilow  is a quilt that folds up into a pillow. It is a great idea.
