Last year the members of my Patchwork Group made 12 flowers and put our names and year on the flower. We then swapped the flowers and ended up with a flower from each member. The challenge for last year was to make something with the flowers. I made this wall hanging for my sewing room. I didn't get my challenge done on time due to chemo and radium, but it is finished now and I love it.

Double Crochet Blanket .......
I was trying to use up all my scraps of wool but still have heaps left. I will be looking for something else to make to use up my excess wool. I always look for a bit of a challenge so I will keep looking. It is too hot at the moment to be using wool. This blanket is 3 rows of double crochet. of each colour, and it really looks great. I did a crab stitch around the edge and that gave it a nice finish. Not sure where this one is going at the moment, possibly a donation to a charity.

Virus Blanket !!!!!
I started this blanket while I was away having Radium treatment. I was away 5 weeks just coming home on the weekends so I had plenty of time to finish it. Once you get the first bit out of the way it is fairly easy pattern to follow. This one is for my daughter-in- law. I hope she likes it. The virus pattern is a free pattern so you just need to google it.
